This form should be used to request development of any new marketing materials, such as those identified in this form under "Type of Project," as well as update of any existing materials. It also should be used to request external publicity for events from the Office of Communications.
All fields in the form should be completed as fully as possible. This will help Marketing and Communications determine the level of support and type of communication needed for your project as well as the priority your project requires along with others in production.
Submit with this form any additional background (e.g., previous brochures, PowerPoints, visuals) via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any proposed or draft copy should be supplied in Microsoft Word files only (Microsoft Publisher files are not compatible). If you are changing draft copy of an existing marketing piece, please ensure that ALL edits are complete prior to submitting to avoid adding to project turnaround time.
